About LM5037 : Customer want to eliminate the vibration in low frequency.

In the choke coil current waveform of the non-isolate converter.


Since the vibration of low frequency is found, please tell me how to eliminate.

  • Looking at your waveforms it seems you are switching at 50kHz and experience an oscillation at 4.2kHz.
    The RAMP signal certainly look clean enough
    A complete schematic will help.
    It looks like you are implementing a current mode configuration.
    I don't think it is related to the compensation setup because an incorrect amount of compensation will result in a sub harmonic oscillation of 25kHz and the instability is at a much lower frequency.
    The COMP signal is grounded and the power supply should be operating open loop at max duty cycle.

    Do you have a board layout available?
    Also have you checked the ripple on the 24V input supply ?
