TPS40061 KFF pin's application

Hi Expert,

I have question about TPS40061 from my customer and need your help to check, thanks!!

In their design, they connect KFF pin to BP5 through resistor and also have a logic circuit (2N7002) that pull KFF to GND directly to try it as an EN function to disable TPS40061 when thermal error happened. And after test, they mentioned it can work when they did thermal protection with KFF pin pull low. So customer's question is can it pull KFF to ground directly w/o any problem in TPS40061?
