CE not asserted by EV2400, when CE is checked Error 53

Hello

I have a BQ25890EVM-664 connected to an EV2400.

If communications is established with the board, the CE line coming from the I2C interface is high (non-assert), and the charge is suspended.  There is a CE check box on bqStudio, but if it is either checked or unchecked, an error message appears "Error Code: 53 Msg: EV2x00 operation specified is not supported".

I have tried independantly asserting CE and charging resumes, but there is then no communication with bqStudio.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?
