Can I access the Internal Resistance measurement on a BQ34Z100?

The Ra table is stored in mohm for the bq34z100 and the resistance will increase as the pack ages. You should be able to compare the Ra tables from the optimization cycle to updates during normal operation and see that the pack is degrading, but I do not know that you will be able to use the data for a direct correlation to SOH.

If the stored values are in mohm so the number of values are SOC intervals, guess? If it's is, then what should be the SOC interval?

Each battery manufacturer should have an internal resistance threshold for their batteries. My concern is whether bq34z100 estimated internal resistance is accurate enough to compare with this threshold. 

The Ra grid points are at about every 11% SOC down to 23% and then it changes to every 3%. e.g 100, 89, 78, 67 ,,,23, 20, 17...

Thanks for the reply, I just checked SLUA450 for Ra table and it does verify the SOC interval for impedance. One more thing, it seems that can I retrieve the Ra Table via I2C because the BQ Evaluation Software can read Ra Table in the "Data Flash" section. No where in the SLUA664 that I can find the flash address for Ra Table, please advise the correct flash offset. Thank you, this information is really important for our project.
