BQ34Z100-G1 After Qmax calibration

I manage a new calibration Qmax Cycle and at the end of the charge termination I watch strange values for the following parameters :

• In data FLASH, Qmax Cell 0 : 7339 mAmpHr
• In the registers, Remaining Capacity : 339 mAh
•                               Full Charge Capacity : 339 mAh

Is there a procedure to make a complete re-initialisation before a Qmax calibration ?
