Increase current from 10mA / 10V to 5 V / 200mA ?!

Hi Everybody, our company GSI GROUP LLC search for customer project a solution.
Power comes from Sensor 0.5 V / 10 mA. With Step DC/DC Booster we were going to boosting from 0.5 to 10 Volt. I want to increase my current from 10mA 10V to 5 V 200mA for USB port. I received the part ALM 2402. Can I use for this circle. Do have any solution for me.

Hello Ramin,

Let's see if I understand.

Your sensor provides 0.5V at a 10mA load. This is 0.005 Watts of power.
A 100% efficient boost converter would provide only 0.005 Watts of power at 10V. This is 10V at 0.5mA
A 100% efficient boost converter would provide only 0.005 Watts of power at 5V. This is 5V at 1mA

5V at 200mA requires 1 watt of power.
