My customer is currently in use DCV0105 Series, I have gotten a question about this product .

So , I have a question about DCV0105 Series.

＜Question＞

◎What are the things that becomes the factor that determines the characteristics of the "Output Voltage vs temperature"?

( For example , "Vf" characteristics of the internal diode ? Or , Do you have one that caused something other also ? )

    DCV0105 thermal data / temperatures is determined by the only active control device internal of this package,

    DCV01xxx series operating temperature range is-40°C to +85°C.

    Junction to case (Theta JC) =26°C/W power dissipation

    Junction to Air( Theta JA)=61°C/W power dissipation
