Bq78350 flash error

The data in the srec should be the same, but they are saved in different srec formats. The original file is saved in S21 and the exported file in S32. I am not sure why the tool uses different formats, bu tI will try to find an answer. Did you read the data flash before changing data? Did you press the Write to Data Memory button after changing a bit? I have not encounter the specific error that you noted, but failing to read the memory first can cause errors.I do not have a set of waveforms that specifically address the bq78350, but the attached document provides examples of the SMBus protocol that we use and some issues that you may encounter.

Also we were able to program data flash with "firmware" tab with manually edited srec file, and could readback verification; but cannot do that with "write to data memory" button in "data memory" view.

Could this be a bug of bqstudio? Also can we just use manually edited srec file, since in normal operation we don't need to alter data flash values ourselves (after initial programming)?
