TPS40210 for Vin=6~9V. Vout=24V Iout=1.5A application

Hi, 

My application is Vin=6~9V. Vout=24V  Iout=1.5A

I check with EVM and WEBENCH . The parameter are different, and it confuse me.

1. Softstart : For EVM use R3 and C5. But for WEBENCH  only need one capacitor (no need extra resistor).

2.Comp: For EVM use R4/C4/R2. But for WEBENCH  use different value of resistor and capacitor. How to set the resistor/capacitor value?

3. I have got TPS40210 EVM. For EVM input=8~14V.  But I need 6~9V input range. Which component should I need to change?
