I have a question about the external clock synchronization function of TPS62110.

If an external clock was detected on SYNC pin, does the inner oscillator stop? or keep running?

If there is an external SYNC signal, the IC operates at that frequency. If this goes away, it goes back to its own oscillator's frequency.

I want to know that Internal Oscillator block is always functional or non-functional.

I think Oscillator block is always functional, but if SYNC pin detect external clock then
clock path to PWM block is changed from internal clock to external clock.
Is this correct?

Yes, that is what a SYNC function is: the IC runs off the applied external clock and not its internal clock.
