There are some data at the end of the configuration file which we cannot find definition, what are they?

The second block of data is the instruction flash memory.

Are they some undefined data flash area?

The Instruction Flash section of memory contains the program that runs the device and it does not change as the device is used. The Data Flash memory contains user defined parameters and other registers that change when the device is used. You should not need to update the IF.

You do need to update the data flash with you golden file data. You should not have to update the DF after that. The gauge will write to DF as needed. You can read information from the device with SBS commands, but the data is usually coming from RAM.
