12v input, I gets 10v out  has tried multiple chips, in different units with the same results. Is there an explanation for this

    Is there a particular device that you are trying to use?

    Are you trying to use a linear regulator to get 10V from 12V?

    Could you explain more about your application or provide a schematic?
