TPS54620 - About Open- short test between the each pin(FMEA)

So far as I know, we did not perform those tests during development. Perhaps HPS has done further testing since then.

HPS = High Performance Systems BU. While we developed the TPS54620, HPS currently own and support it. They will have to determine whether the data exists or if they will take it.

Is there the combination that

-a smoke is occurred?

-this device breaks down?

-this device does abnormal operation?
