what will happen to LM5114B when overloaded?

hi,

Just want to know what will happened to LM5114B when it is overloaded?

Does it cut-off or does it drop the output voltage and go into hiccup mode?

Rgds,

Ken

  • The LM5114B is a low side gate driver designed for driving capacitive gates; it acts as differential hysteretic buffer with UVLO function.

There are no other restrictions on the operation of this component.

I.e. there is no hiccup nor voltage nor current limitation.
