Our customer uses the LM3414 under condition as below.
Current control PWM frequency is 500kHz
Dimming PWM frequency is 40kHz
He wants to use the dimming PWM frequency less than 10% (2.5usec ON).
But the LM3414 could not response the PWM signal.
I checked the Datasheet of the LM3414, from Fig 11 to Fig 13.
When the Vdim rising, there is a slightly delay time. When the Vdim falling,
there is no delay time. So I thought that the minimum dimming pulse is
limited by the delay time.
Is it correct?
