Reference design for 2A 48V (based on LM5116)

I could not find reference design for 48V 2Amp based on LM5116 or similar

VIN = 40-100V

VOUT = 35V regulated

Iout = 1Amp (typ) may goes to 2Amp surge for a period of time.

I scanned your TI but no reference design (unlike LTC).

LM5116 look like good solution but no proof it work reliably.

I suffered issue

(a) Webench provide incorrect compensation calculation (not same result as in excel). It shown to be unstable until I switch comp circuit to excel method and it work better but, when I raised VIN voltage from 50V to 65V, it blow up transistor and IC.  

(b) I have evaluated TI board with LM5116, it keep blowing up MOSFET and TI device when I raised VIN voltage to 65V and VOUT= 35V.
