I have selected a switcher TPS54361 from TI. I am doing project in variable DC power supply . Shall I use this switcher for achieving variable output voltage .

The choice of which part to use will depend on the power levels you require and other considerations. However since this is current mode you have a good chance of being able to design the compensation to work with a wide range of output voltages.
Other simpler parts include the LM5575 if you want higher input voltage, or LM22676 if you want a part that is easier to solder.
