TPS65132A0- Can it be utilized without connecting the i2c bus?

I am designing an interposer to interface to a different LCD than the original design, and need a +/-5V supply.  The LCD panel design I am connecting to made use of the TPS65132A0 part for this purpose.

The TPS65132A0 has i2c, and I do not have i2c available on the display connector on the base design.  

Question: Is it feasible to make use of the TPS65132A0 and NOT connect the i2c bus?  Based on the DS, the "Factory Default" values loaded/programmed are sufficient for my design purposes.  As the defaults are OK for me, it leads me to think I can leave i2c unconnected and/or terminated?  If true, how should I terminate the bus?
