double LiIOn battery charging with BQ24600

Hi,


I use BQ24600 and I need to charge and monitor 2 different LiIon batteries -6S 2.5A/h (used for redundancy reason). I try to monitor the battery voltages and I use a MOSFET to switch between both batteries.

I have some difficulties to monitor in a good way that is probably due to the inductance effects of the MOS. For sure I can use a electromechanical relay or standard relay but with the drawbacks of these solutions. 

Have you a solution to do this function (another charger)? or app note or any suggestion ?
