With FET enabled by SBS command, DSG pin is still off. How to enable it?

Glenn,
Can you send a screenshot of the bqStudio Registers screen? That may help to determine why the DSG FET is held off.

The picture shows that there are no cells configured, the FET_EN is not set and the PRES in is not pulled low.

How many series cells do you have? You need to setup the AFE Cell map register.
