Roadmap of ideal diode (simple / low cost)

I am moving this thread to the load switches forum, as a load switch with reverse current protection may be sufficient. They would provide the best recommendation, but a quick look at the TPS22910 (61mohm) family and TPS22929D (115mohm) may be a good starting point:

The TPS22914 and TPS22915 are two of our "simplest" switches.  Would either of these work for your application?

for Idea diode behavior, you can also look at SM74611 that has an integrated FET.

for external FET implementation, please have a look at LM74610-Q1
