ESD spec of TPS3705-33DR?

I wonder the ESD spec of TPS3705-33DR.

I can't find any ESD spec for TPS370x series from TI Technical documents.

Please let me know.

HI TS,

Normally TI quality demands 2KV HBM and 500V CDM. However, I can not find the actual ratings in any of the quality documents. Let me check with our quality team.

Here are the numbers for this device:

Human body model (HBM): 2kV
Charge device model (CDM): 1kV
