About DC/DC 12V/6.6A use TPS40210 with UCC24630 problem

I have power module 12V/ 6.6A use TPS40210 ( frequency setting 150kHz )  with UCC24630,

when i test power of performance by setting Electronic Load  CC mode, 0.5A~5A is OK,

but excess 5A UCC24630 DRV is off, Why?
