I would like to get your advices and suggestions about what TI ICs would be the best in order to build a high reliable, rugged 12s10p li-ion pack. It should be SBS compliant, but it is not absolutely mandatory, mor important are the reliability and servicability of the pack.
A fuel gauge is a must. The current drain are 20-30 average with peaks up to 60-70 Amps.
The pack will be connected to a MCU for user interaction via seril or CAN port.
