I understood this device has internal pull up and pull down resistor.
Which resistor(pull up or pull down) does this device have internal PW pin?
And please tell me the value of the internal resistor.

I am not sure I understand your question, "which resistor does this device have internal PW pin?"

The PWM pin is attached to both the pull up and pull down resistor internally.

Low input → pull down
Hi input → pull up
Floating → tri-state

Can I get information the value of resistor?
My customer ask us the value.
I think the value is 10k~100k, but I can't calculate because I don't know sink current.
