I am looking to design a TPS92512 based driver for the Cree XHP-50 in a 6V configuration, however this is not an option on the WEBENCH software. I need to run the driver in an automotive application, with a fuse and an output current of 1.8A or 2A

This device is not yet enabled in webench. But the TPS92512 EVM would work well for 12V input and 6V output. It is easy to set the current for what you need just by changing the sense resistor.

Thank you Clinton. Would I be able to use the same BOM if I ran the WEBENCH software using 2 Cree XM-L LED's in series. This would give almost the exact same forward voltage as single XHP 50 in a 6V configuration
