Too large Cff cause of unstability? / SBVA042

Hi,

My customer plan to increase start up time by adding Cff with reference to SBVA042.

I understand that we need to care about disadvantages stated in section 2.2 and 2.3. But now I'd like to know if there is a possibility of unstability by adding too large Cff. In example of section 2.1, 10uF is added as Cff for TPS7A8300 but it looks no unstability issue. Can such large Cff be used for any LDOs?
