Does TI have any plans on making a 3844 with UVLO suitable for use with SiC MOSFET
Based on Datasheets for most SiC 1200 and 1700v Mosfets (especially at Low temp) , it looks like we need Min Operating Voltage to be approx 14v ! to keep part out of Linear mode..... existing 3844 are 9v typ /8v min
Please advise on TI's plans
