bq24610EVM (HPA422 REV. B)

Gee wiz, what dose it take to get tech support? Should I give my business to Maxim Semiconductor? How many times do I have to ask : ---->  I purchased the bq24610EVM (HPA422 REV. B) . The documentation however implies that it is for multi-cell applications, the question I have pertains to the connection of the cells to the EVM board. I will be using LiPo's @ 3500 mAh in a 6s1p configuration. The schematic & documentation for the EVM provides no information as to connection of cell balancing / cells in series, single, or parallel configuration . Is balancing not required, and am I to series the batteries and connect the series output of the batteries (22.2VDC~) to VBAT and GND? Some guidance needed. <-----       or ------>   Does anyone at TI have access to documentation that explains how to connect & use the bq24610EVM (HPA422 REV. B) - beyond the vague users guide (SLUU369A) ?? I would like to use the bq24610, because of its size and build quality, however unless I can bench test it in the lab; I can' use it for production ( order 10K  of them from TI). <------  Do I have to return the product, and tell my client that it's a bad idea to do business with TI because they don't support paying customers?  I hate to be a jerk, but really? This isn't some BS first tier question where  I " need to go to the start menu, and reboot the computer, and reset my cable modem" .
