Hi Max ,
Have you considered the thermals for such an application and how you plan to take care of that.
One slightly larger option for that current could be lm1086 in wson package if you need a ldo.

You could also consider dc/dc modules in small packages for this.

Thank you for your answer.

The datasheet of LM1086 in WSON package has not adjustable versions to this parts in order imformation.
Can I use adjustble voltage to LM1086 with WSON package?

Hi,
apologies, I realized it only later that we currently only have the 3.3V available on the LM1086 in WSON package.
we are exploring possibilities for the other voltage options.
However, another part to consider could be the LM1117-N in WSON (LM1117ILD-ADJ/NOPB)
