Hello,

I'm looking for bench test or qualification data that shows how the quiescent current varies over temperature for the LMR16006Y-Q1. Figure 4 in the datasheet is similar to what I'm looking for but this is only at 25°C and is quiescent current vs. input voltage. I would like to see this plot for a 3.3Vout (ECO) with -40°C and +85°C or +125°C (VIN vs. Iq).

Or I can settle for the worst case quiescent current over temp with 10V <= VIN <=14V for a 3.3Vout.

Hi Andy,

That data is good but I was asked if we have a ball park number or rule of thumb for part to part variation? Would it be reasonable to assume +/-20% or something else for part to part variation?
