RIght now I am using BQ25895 for power bank application.
I would like to use the 5V/3A output in OTG mode using the PMID pin.
My board schematics is similar to the EVM except smaller.
Initially I can output 5V/3A for about 10 minutes. Then the chip shutdown because of overheat I think.
After that, I won't be able to get 5V/3A anymore but only 5V/1.1A.
Did any one have the same problem? Could any of the internal parts been damaged?
I only have two boards to test and both of them have the same behaviors.
I plan to build some more boards to see whether this situation is consistent.
