    We don’t have an integrated FETs version of 1S protector.

    However, we have a 1S protector supporting external FETs, bq297xx family. It has higher detection (both voltage and current) accuracy and lower power consumption across temperature. Depends on the max/peak current requirement of the end application, using external FETs may be a better choice.
