It is a question about the thermal resistance of LM317M.
In DCY PKG of this IC, thermal resistance is written to the datasheet, but KTP PKG and KUV PKG is not written it.
Please tell me θja of KUV PKG.

Hello Masami-san,

The data above is for the LM317 KVU package not the LM317M, but I have the below data for the LM317MKVURG3 device:

ThetaJA = 56.9 C/W
ThetaJC (top) = 36.1 C/W
ThetaJC (bottom) = 1.8 C/W
ThetaJB = 29.3 C/W
PsiJT = 3.8 C/W
PsiJB = 28.8 C/W
