What is difference between Deep discharge current, off mode current, idle mode current and Active mode current in PMIC blocks?

Which device or devices are you referencing to? The different modes will depend on the different PMIC. Typically these will correspond with Vin ranges and whether the DCDC is enabled or disabled.
