Hi Expert,

If the panel vendor can't accept the ramp up waveform, how do I fix it smooth? Does it soft-start? Thanks!

Hello Jerry,

Is R9 soldered on the EVM? If so, remove it and make sure that the transistor Q1 is connected. This would help smoothing the output voltage waveform. What is happening during the ramp you observe is that the output voltage is smaller that the input and the converter did not start switching yet.
