Hi,

Customer of mine is considering using TPS2540 charging IC in their TV to charge devices such as power bank, tablet, phone etc..(as shown in the diagram below)

my question is: Once the device fully charged, can this IC capable of  prompting the Main uC to display message on screen? 

- if can, how can this be achieved?

- Please advise if there's any other IC able to support this if the case TPS2540 doesn't have this feature
