Where is getting the bqTesla TX Tuning Tool?

It appears I can pull information from bq500212A-EVM using the I2C interface with the bqTESLA TX Tuning Software.  I’m not able to locate anywhere on the TI website how to get access to the bqTESLA TX Tuning Tool Software.  Can you find someone that can get us this software?

    Error messages that emerged during the installation. Will not available for that protection is jammed ? Or the other way
    What ? Are there not hanging protected Tool?
