Hi Team,

My customer is looking for 1ch WLED driver for portable application.
The requirement is the following.
--------------------------------------------
- input voltage: 3.4～4.5V
- LED current: 15mA (MAX)
- function: ON/OFF only
--------------------------------------------
Can I suggest TPS61220 with the following schematic?
Is there any concern about the schematic?

Hi Yaita,
According to the schematic, it's TPS6122x, not TPS61120? Right?

the TPS61220 doesn't have true disconnection function, so the LED may ON even when LED_ON is in logic low.
and the device must operates at boost mode, which means VOUT must be higher than VIN. but I'm not sure the condition could be meet at VIN=4.5V condition.
you can have a look at TPS61070 and refer to the application note "Powering a White LED Flashlight With the TPS61090". the schematic in the application note may help to solve the problem.
