SND9039A2CT cold boot sequence seems not 100% match IBL: 539071 as attached for order between VDDQ and V1P2A. Can you clarify this and provide your comments?

Our power up and power down sequences were thoroughly tested by both ourselves and Intel. It is possible this part of the document is out of date. I will try to contact someone from their side about the diagram.
