Could you help to check the PWM frequencise range are ? to 2Mhz ? ,

Are you asking about the PWM dimming frequency? If so this device is limited to around 1kHz for good performance. The switching frequency of the controller can be up to 2MHz but keep in mind it will burn more power at such a high frequency so you need to be careful of thermal issues and also be sure it can drive the chosen FET that fast. Efficiency will suffer significantly at switching frequencies above around 1MHz.

The minimum practical limit is about 100kHz switching frequency.
