TI solution of isolated DCDC controller

There are many avaiable ICs, you can search them by "forward" "current mode". 

For the two-transitor forward converter, the driving transformer or High side-low side IC are needed to split the single output to two.

I found 12 devices that has automotive grade(-Q1).
However I couldn't find the application in these devices for 130V input.
Could you tell me the recommended device for the application?

In addition, is there any reference schematic or application note to design the two-transitor forward converter as you said?

Do you think UC2845AQ meet the following requirement?

- Topology: two-transistor forward converter, current mode control
- Input: 90 - 130V
- Output: 13V / 20A
