I am working on AC/DC power supply. For that I am in search of H bridge IGBT Driver with ZVS and ZCS which can drive IGBT

I studied TI's LM5046 and UCC 28950 found it useful for my use. The only problem in use of this IC is its Switching frequency. This IC operates at switching frequency from minimum 100khz to more than 2 Mhz 

I want to design circuit which uses H bridge to operate from 20kHz to maximum 100 kHZ.  Kindly suggest me suitable dedicated Phase shifted H bridge Driver IC with ZVS and ZCS.
