I want to know Conf level and Activation engery that really mean as shown picture.
Conf level = statisical confidence level
Activation engery= Energy in electron volts for a particular process to occur
If confidence level is really 60%. we can't delive your TI quality MTBF/FIT supporting data.
can you easily explained about Conf level and Activation engery?
