HI,

Please let us know if we need to use pins OSC32KIN & OUT and CLK32KOUT for PMIC operation. We are not using RTC of TPS65910. In case we are not using RTC then what are all recommended connectionf or these pins.

Hi Sunil,

The PMIC can operate without those features, please refer to the schematic checklist from the product folder's Technical Documents tab for recommended connections: http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/swca139

For these three pins in particular, OSC32KIN should be grounded and the other two pins may remain floating.
