In TPS2511 Chip (USB Dedicated Charging Port Controller and Current Limiting Power Switch); Pin No. 4 is applicable for what? At which Condition it will be active?
The sentence "Active low open -drain output, when OUT current is more than approximately half of the current limit set by a resistor on ILIM_SET pin"
For Eg:
My Max Current output will be 1.8 Amps
