TPS54360 has about 90MHz,16dB common mode noise to input, is irrelevant to the switch frequency

the switch frequency is 2.3MHz, then 92M,94.3,96.6MHz has exceed 12dB, if switch frequency is 443k, then 88.6MHz,89MHz,etc will exceed 12dB, there is an ground plane behind the DCDC chip, and PCB layout refer datasheet guidline,we use common mode choke ,there is no noise to power line. if we do not use common mode choke, how to filter the noise, thanks.
