Team, since my local FAE is out for the holidays, i hope you can help.
I have a customer whom we have been working on a design, that requirements have recently changed. Here are the details:
We have tentatively made the decision to change the power supply feeding the charger from a 12VDC supply to one which provides 24VDC. That being said, does TI offer a comparable solution to the bq24171 with a higher input operating voltage?
Requirements:
- 2 or 3 Li-Ion series cells that will need to charge at 3.9A for the 2 series or 2.6A for the 3 series.
- We would like the option to set the charge voltage and current using external components and not require a micro and code in order to do this.
