A basic quick question:
(i) if this PMIC has been running well for a few days (I am saying this to rule out the possibility of improper soldering the bottom GND pad)
(ii) measured DC input to this PMIC is 5V and is stable
(iii) VREF is not even giving ~ 0.85V (regardless of EPRROM boot config state / whether external crystal is damaged or not). VREF is 0V
---> can I conclude that this PMIC is fried?
