TPS54231 5V output issue

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54231, BQ500412, TPS2511, TPS54331

hi guys,

i using TPS54231 to a create USB charger board. But somehow it can't get me 5V output. i wonder is it because i didnt do proper compensation?

i copy exactly schematic from BQ500412 eval board schematic(3.3V).

My circuit needed 5V output. so i adjusted the Vsense resistor as below:

This is the waveform of the output.

I'm not sure what happen. It seem like have some noise when i connected a constant 5 ohm load to the USB connector. I doubt is the compensation but i don't know how to calculate the value of resistor and capacitor. Can you help me?
